Zkosen\u00e1 pata ozuben\u00e9ho v\u011bnce je v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e \u0161\u00ed\u0159ka dr\u00e1\u017eky. V d\u016fsledku toho se ohybov\u00e1 tuhost ozuben\u00e9ho v\u011bnce m\u016f\u017ee li\u0161it v z\u00e1vislosti na \u0161\u00ed\u0159ce zubu, kter\u00e1 se zvy\u0161uje s tlou\u0161\u0165kou st\u011bny v\u011bnce. Nav\u00edc zm\u011bna tlou\u0161\u0165ky st\u011bny v\u011bnce \u0161nekov\u00e9ho kola vede k v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed odchylce od konstruk\u010dn\u00ed specifikace.<br \/>Pro pochopen\u00ed vlivu zubu na ohybovou tuhost \u0161nekov\u00e9ho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed je nezbytn\u00e9 zn\u00e1t stav ko\u0159ene zubu. Optimalizace tvaru ko\u0159ene zubu p\u0159\u00edmo na koncov\u00e9m ozuben\u00e9m kole minimalizuje ohybov\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed v evolventn\u00edm zubu.<br \/>Vliv sil na zubech na ohybovou tuhost \u0161nekov\u00e9ho kola byl zkoum\u00e1n pomoc\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed CZPT pro spir\u00e1ln\u00ed ku\u017eelov\u00e9 ozuben\u00e1 kola. V t\u00e9to studii bylo n\u011bkolik zub\u016f spir\u00e1lov\u00e9ho ku\u017eelov\u00e9ho pastorku o\u0161et\u0159eno tenzometry a testov\u00e1no p\u0159i rychlostech od statick\u00fdch do 14 400 ot\/min. Hodnocen\u00ed byla provedena s v\u00fdkonov\u00fdmi stupni a\u017e do 540 kW.
