Zkosen\u00e1 pata ozuben\u00e9ho v\u011bnce je v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e \u0161\u00ed\u0159ka dr\u00e1\u017eky. Proto se ohybov\u00e1 tuhost ozuben\u00e9ho v\u011bnce m\u016f\u017ee li\u0161it v z\u00e1vislosti na \u0161\u00ed\u0159ce zubu, kter\u00e1 se zvy\u0161uje s tlou\u0161\u0165kou st\u011bny v\u011bnce. Krom\u011b toho zm\u011bna tlou\u0161\u0165ky st\u011bny v\u011bnce \u0161nekov\u00e9ho kola vede k v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed odchylce od specifikace uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed.<br \/>Pro rozpozn\u00e1n\u00ed vlivu skloviny na ohybovou tuhost \u0161nekov\u00e9ho ozuben\u00e9ho kola je z\u00e1sadn\u00ed zn\u00e1t tvar paty zubu. Posouzen\u00ed zlomen\u00ed zubu m\u016f\u017ee tento probl\u00e9m zvl\u00e1dnout ur\u010den\u00edm tvaru paty zubu a ohybov\u00e9 tuhosti. Optimalizace stavu paty zubu p\u0159\u00edmo na uzav\u00edrac\u00edm ozuben\u00e9m kole minimalizuje ohybov\u00e9 nam\u00e1h\u00e1n\u00ed v evolventn\u00edm zubu.<br \/>Vliv sil zub\u016f na ohybovou tuhost \u0161nekov\u00e9ho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed byl zkoum\u00e1n pomoc\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed CZPT pro zkoum\u00e1n\u00ed spir\u00e1lov\u00fdch ku\u017eelov\u00fdch ozuben\u00fdch kol. V t\u00e9to studii bylo n\u011bkolik zub\u016f spir\u00e1lov\u00e9ho ku\u017eelov\u00e9ho pastorku vybaveno tlakom\u011bry a zkoum\u00e1no p\u0159i rychlostech od statick\u00fdch do 14 400 ot\/min. Zkou\u0161ky byly provedeny s v\u00fdkonov\u00fdmi stupni a\u017e do 540 kW.
