1)Raw Material Forging:
The main material of the gear is 20CrNiMo, 22CrMo, 20CrMnTi and other high-quality low-carbon alloy carburized steel with high hardenability. After carburizing and quenching, it has a hard and wear-resistant surface and a tough heart, and has a high low temperature impact toughness.

2) Machine Tools:
Full CNC precision machining equipment 161sets, experienced CNC operating machine staff, gear manufacturing precision is high, strong guarantee.
Our company is equipped with Oerlikon SKM2 gear milling machine series ,Gleason 116 numerical control bevel gear, Russian quenching press and other sophisticated domestic and foreign production equipment.

3) Inspection Equipment:
There are 32 sets of coordinate measuring instrument, Z6 gear measuring center, various hardness tester, metallographic testing microscope, electronic tensile material testing machine and other equipment.The daily output is 600 sets for helical gear and 400 sets for cylindrical gear.

4)Quality Assurance
Customized products according to customer needs, gears under different working conditions, such as poor lubricating oil, operating errors, gear fatigue can make the best performance; each step of production has a tracking number to ensure gear quality.
